The deep sea, a dark world where sunlight cannot reach. And a harsh environment with high water pressure, low water temperature, low oxygen, and poor food. Living things have evolved independently, adapted to this environment, and survived. Much of the ecology of these creatures is shrouded in mystery.
At LABO7, rare creatures that live in the deep waters of Tokyo Bay and Sagami Bay are on display, as well as specimens of Mitsukurina sharks and love sharks captured in these waters.
