How to use
Please be sure to show your "annual passport" to the staff when you enter the venue.

Cancel
You cannot cancel, refund or change the registered user after purchase.
reissue
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of your "Annual Passport".
If you wish to reissue it, please contact the ticket center.

Prohibited matter
The “Annual Passport” is valid only for the registered person, and cannot be loaned or transferred.
If you use it illegally, or if you observe any behavior in the hall that seems to violate the law or violates public order and morals, or disturbs other customers, please return it. No refund will be given at that time.

Change registration details
If there are any changes to your registration, please contact the "Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa" ticket center as soon as possible.
About continuous use
If you purchase the voucher again, you can continue to use the "annual passport" that has expired.
Please bring your current "Annual Passport" when proceeding.
