Sea Paradise SDGs Week
From Saturday, September 21st to Sunday, September 29th, we will be holding "Sea Paradise SDGs Week," an event that will allow you to experience the charm of living creatures and the richness of the ocean up close.
"Sea Paradise SDGs Week" will provide an opportunity to think about the environment and the future of the Earth through events such as "SDGs Theater - Children of Sea Paradise Paradise" and "Tokyo Bay Wonder Watchers," which are currently being held, and to ask questions such as "What kind of places and environments do living things live in?" and "What can we do to protect the natural environment?"

Connecting Lives Lecture Time
Aquariums" Fureai Lagoon" will be hosting a "Connecting Lives Lecture Time" for a limited time!
We will introduce the baby Bottlenose dolphin that was born this summer in Fureai Lagoon, and explain Aquariums 's efforts toward species preservation, one of its roles.

Zookeepers will provide commentary on the aquarium's efforts toward "species preservation," one of the Aquariums 's roles, and will show valuable footage of breeding activities and other activities filmed at Sea Paradise.

~Let's learn about the creatures and environment of the ocean today!~"
The natural ocean Aquariums" Umi Farm" is currently holding a guided tour called "Tokyo Bay Wonder Watchers - Learn about the creatures and environment of the ocean today!" While touring Ocean Lab in "Umi Farm" with staff, you will receive an easy-to-understand explanation of the creatures that live in the natural ocean, environmental issues in the ocean, and the problem of garbage flowing in from Tokyo Bay.

Familiar sea creatures lecture time
水族館「アクアミュージアム」内のLABO2「身近な海の生きもの研究所」では、展示している海の生きものたちの生態や生息環境などを飼育員が解説する「身近な海の生きものレクチャータイム」を開催中。
イベント開催期間中は“きれいな海をまもるために私たちができること”のコーナーを設け、お客さまに 想いや考えを記入していただき、今後の海の環境について考えていただくきっかけづくりを提供いたします。

体験教室
ものづくりを通じた環境啓発イベント！
「ペットボトルペンケース作り」
島内の「客船ターミナル」では、ペットボトルを活用したオリジナルペンケース作りを体験いただけます。
日頃多くの場面で使用されるペットボトルですが、他のプラスチックと同様に環境問題を引き起こすこともあります。例えば、ペットボトルが海に流出してしまうと時間の経過とともに小さく削られた破片（マイクロプラスチック）となり、それらを海の生きものが誤飲してしまうなど、生態系を含む海全体の環境問題につながります。
本イベントでは、ペットボトルを再利用したものづくりを通じて、環境問題について考えていただくきっかけの場を提供いたします。

サステナブル素材を使用した環境にやさしい染色体験！
草木染め
島内の「客船ターミナル」では、八景島で自生した葛を使用して、ストールの染色体験をお楽しみいただけます。
現在多くの衣類などは合成染料が使用されており、それらを含んだ排水が海や川に流れることで水質汚染を引き起こします。
本イベントでは、サステナブルな素材をもとに衣類などを染める「草木染め」体験を通じて、環境問題にふれる機会を提供いたします。
体験終了後、ストールはお持ち帰りいただけます。
